Refund Policy

Another topic we must address - weather and pandemic are just realities we face.

BP is a registered 501c3 entity.  One of our goals is to make a profit.  That profit is 100% earmarked to go to our charitable cause.  With that in mind, we want everyone to understand that, should circumstances dictate, your registration, regardless of type, will only be refunded to the degree we can do so and still break even while assuring that you will receive anything purchased to date.  Our organization spends money year-round on things like attorney fees, insurance, website, etc.  Following the launch of registration, we begin incurring other expenses, all of which are designed to make your experience as incredible as possible, i.e. food, beverage, swag, prizes, etc.  We ask your understanding as we anticipate the best while bracing ourselves for the unexpected.  This is a rain or shine event. Should you have any questions or concerns please let us know.
